Court by the Leiutent grall.
Came into Court mr Tho: Gerard gent & offered himselfe ready to answere to the suit of Robt Edwards; and the said Robt Edwards brought his suit for 1. breeding sow due for wages at xtmas last. And the said Tho. Gerard denied that he bargained for a breeding sow, but for a yong sow ready to pigg or piggs by her side, & such a one he tendred at xstmas last to the plf. and the plf. produced for his witnesse Jo: Tailr who was deposed to testifie the truth: and vpon his evidence, the Court considered that the deft should be dismissed without day.
Eod Thomas Gerard gent dernandeth of michael Peasely of virginea, 350 l tob & cask due vpon accot & 200 l tob more for amends of a trespasse done by the said michaels servts vpon the plfs. swine, & 200 l tob more for wast committed by the said michael vpon the tenemt of the plf. at porkhall. attachmt to mr Lewger or any debtors of deft to stop debts till further order from L.
