M^r Speaker appoynted Maio^r Thomas Brooke to present
those ffiue Acts now passed this howse, to the Vpper howse
Who returnes & Certifyes the Speaker th^t he hath deliuered
them.
Was read the Pet" of Will^m Smyth, Concerning his under-
taking of Building a Country howse at S^t Maries the last
Assembly.
Was read that Act Concerning Will^m Smyth made last As-
sembly. (Will^m Smyth being sent for into the howse.)
Chancelor Came from the Vpper howse Requesting that this
howse will speedily ioyne w^th the Upper howse in a Grand
Committee Concerning the Indian busines, soe to settle that
busines in regard the Governo^rs indisposition will not permitt
him to stay long w^th the howses of Assembly.
M^r Speaker answers, That this howse will make their an-
swere immediately.
The Committee sent for downe to attend the howse.
