or Cheife Governour or other Officer or Officers aforesaid that
they and every of them respectively will observe and comply
with all and every of the Provisoes above mentioned, without
which Lycence security and satisfaction given as aforesaid noe
person or persons whatsoever shall trade with any Indian or
Indians either in or through any parte of this province any
thinge in this Act to the Contrary in anywise notwithstanding.
And Be it further Enacted that noe person or persons from
time to time not being Inhabitants of this Province shall bee
permitted upon any tearmes whatsoever to trade with any
Indian or Indians in or through any parte of this province
without speciall Lycence to bee from time to time obteyned for
the same from the Lord Proprietary of this province or his
heires under his or their hand and seale att Armes or his
Leiuetenant or Cheife Governor of this province for the time
being under the Create seale of this Province upon payne of
confiscation to the Lord Proprietary and his heires of all Goods
and Comodities Carryed and attempted to bee sold or which
shall bee purchaced or acquired in or by any such Trade or
Commerce or in Case they cannot bee seized in specie then the
vallue therof when any such offence against this Act and the
true Intent and meaning of this Clause therof shall bee dis-
covered, And when the person or persons soe offending or
any of his her or their money Goods or Chatties shall bee
apprehended or seized on in any parte of this province.

An Act for Fees to the Sherriffe



Ibs. Tob.

For serving any writt or warrt p head
Takeing bond for Appearance.
Imprisoning of one or Release.
Tending upon a prisoner per day.
Collecting publick duties p cent.
For serving an Execucon or Attachmt
If it be above 100lbs Tob and under 500lbs
If it exceed 500 then
If it exceed 1000 then for the first 1000
And for every 1000 afterward

For any extraordinary warrt
or Comors As the Con shall
order the Fee.
