218 Assembly Proceedings, January — March 1647/8.

Liber A

L or any other wayes, (if they shall desyre it) to be recouered of
his Lps Attorney. And any oness tht shall conceale any Corne,
& not bring all his whole quanty of Corne, to the Officers
ueiw. That then such prty shall forfeite the sd Corne soe con-
cealed to the Ld Propr: & be fyned in dowble the price of the
sd Corne.
And it is further Ordered by the authority aforesd That the
Proclamaon sett forth by the Gour bearing date Nouembr S.
1647 concerning the Exportation of Corne out of the pro:
As allso the Preservation of the increase of the Stock of horses
bee in full force &; power untill it shall be repealed by the sd
Gour

The howse adiorned by the Gour till to morrow morning 9
clock.

Capt Jn? Price appoynted Mr Wm Thompson Proxie for him-
selfe & his uoyces.

Twesday 25th Jan:
All assembled except Mr ffenwick & Mr Brooks.
George Saphyer wth 6. Proxies appeared.

was read An Act for the confirmaon of the Lp.s Pattent.
Ordered tht the sd Bill should be throwne out of the howse
by all the ffreemen then assembled except Mr Bretton

An Act for the repeale of the prnt Act of Customes,
& the Act Touching Trade
An Act for the support of the Ld Propr & his Gour
An Act Touching the paymt of Debts.

The howse adiorned by the Gour till tomorrow morning 9
clock.
