Member of Senate, 1975-77.

Private Career and Other Public Service:
Member, American, Maryland, and Washington County Bar Associations.  Deputy State's Attorney for Washington County, 1971-74.  Associate Judge, Circuit Court, Washington County (4th Judicial Circuit), 1977-93.  YMCA Board of Directors, 1983-89.  Rotary Club Board of Directors, 1986-91 (President, 1989-90).
