Former teacher (industrial arts & drafting), Wicomico Junior High School. Vice-Chair, Board of Directors, Maryland Broadband Cooperative, Inc. Member, Worcester County Farm Bureau (past national affairs chair); Ruritans. Past member, Jaycees (past membership chair). Co-founder, Snow Hill Youth Soccer League, 1979 (coach, 1979-98). Married; three children.
