Born in Crisfield, Maryland, December 1, 1950. Attended Crisfield High School, Crisfield, Maryland. Served in U.S. Army Reserves; U.S. Coast Guard Reserves. Retired line technician, Cable TV. Currently a poultry farmer. Board of Directors, Crisfield-Smith Island Cultural Alliance, Inc.; Somerset Community Services, Inc. Volunteer, Crisfield Fire Department (past president, treasurer, line officer). Former coach, Crisfield Little League. Life member, Asbury United Methodist Church. Married; two children; five grandchildren.
