Editorial Board (ex officio), Johns Hopkins APL Technical Digest, 1980. Human Rights Award, Howard County Human Rights Commission, 2009. James Clark, Jr., Medal, Howard Community College, 2010. Widower; six children. Died November 16, 2025.
