Member, Maryland Association of Orphans' Court Judges (past secretary); National College of Probate Judges. Member, Carroll County Historical Society; West Carroll Republican Club; Just Two Group; Gettysburg Region Antique Car Club, American Antique Car Association. Member, Grace Lutheran Church, Westminster, Maryland. Widow; two sons, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren. Died in Westminster, Maryland, October 1, 2017.
