Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1978; U.S. District Court for District of Maryland, 1979. Solo practitioner, 1980-82, 2004-13. Partner, Ross & Powell, 1983-2004. Member, Maryland State Bar Association, 1980-; Prince George's County Bar Association, 1980- (chair, juvenile law committee). Former coach, Cheverly Boys and Girls Club.
