Member, American and District of Columbia Bar Associations; Maryland State Bar Association (president, 1982-83; board of governors, 1976, 1979, 1981-84); Montgomery County Bar Association (designated conciliator, 1993); Prince George's County Bar Association (board of directors, 1975-78); American Judicature Society.
