Born in Baltimore, Maryland, September 16, 1947. Attended Baltimore City College; Syracuse University, B.A., 1968; University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1971. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1972. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (criminal law & practice section council, 1990-2010, past chair; judicial administration section, judicial evaluations project); Baltimore City Bar Association. Member, National District Attorneys Association; Maryland State's Attorneys' Association. Member, TKE Fraternity. Died in Baltimore, Maryland, October 25, 2010.
