Zimmerman law firm, 1952-1962. Partner, Rollins & Wenner, 1966; Rollins, Wenner, Price & Tisdale. Member, Maryland State Bar Association (chair, family & juvenile law section, 1966-68, 1970-71; board of governors, 1972-73); Frederick County Bar Association (secretary, 1961-70; vice-president, 1971; president, 1972); American Judicature Society. Fellow, Maryland Bar Foundation. Board of Directors, Historical Society of Frederick County. Former chair, Board of Directors, Maryland Blue Cross Blue Shield. Adjunct faculty (business law), Mount St. Mary's College. Member, Brunswick Rotary Club; Frederick Kiwanis Club; Frederick Touchdown Club; Maryland Club of Baltimore. Honorary Doctor of Laws, Mount St. Mary's College. Widower; two children, one grandchild. Died in Adamstown, Maryland, May 27, 2016.
