Organized in January 2004, the Interagency Technical Assistance Committee on Wastewater Treatment Systems advised local jurisdictions on the efficient operation and financial management of wastewater treatment systems (Chapter 534, Acts of 2002).

The Committee submitted its final report in January 2006.
