Vice-Chair for Clinical Affairs, Department of Pediatrics, The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, 1994-96 (associate professor of pediatrics, 1984-92; director, division of pediatric gastroenterology & nutrition, 1984-96; professor of pediatrics, 1992-96; director, division of network development & community services, 1995-96). Director, Feeding Disorders Program, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, 2001-04.
