Under Information Technology Division, renamed On-Line Gaming System Management in 2002.

CORPORATE SALES
Under Sales Division, in July 2011 combined with Regional Sales and transferred to Lottery Division as Sales.

CREATIVE PRODUCT SERVICES & COMMUNICATIONS
In July 2011, joined with Sales Division to form Lottery Division.

CREATIVE SERVICES DIVISION
In June 2005, combined with Product Development Division and parts of Research and Planning Division to form Product Development, Creative Services and Research Division.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS & AGENT ADMINISTRATION
In Jan. 2014, divided into two units: Customer Relations, and Agent Administration.

Under Administration, Finance and Operations Division, abolished in July 2011.

Under Administration, Finance and Operations Division, renamed Finance in Oct. 1997.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION
In Jan. 2014, merged with Administration, Finance and Operations Division to form Administration, Finance, Operations and Information Technology Division.

INSTANT TICKET PRODUCTS
Under Product Development, Creative Services and Research Division Instant Ticket Products formed to develop on-line games (Pick 3, Pick 4, Keno, Keno Bonus, Lotto, Bonus Match 5, & Mega Millions) and instant ticket products (scratch-off games). To increase sales, Division also planned promotions. In 2008, combined with Strategic Products to form All Products.

LOTTERY SECURITY
Under Enforcement Division, renamed Lottery Investigations in 2012.

KENO PRODUCTS
Under Marketing and Advertising Division, reorganized in Oct. 1997 as On-Line Games.

MARKETING & ADVERTISING DIVISION
Renamed Marketing Division in 1998.

REGIONAL SALES
Under Sales Division, in July 2011, combined with Corporate Sales and transferred to Lottery Division as Sales.

RESEARCH
Reorganized as Research and Planning Division in 2002.

RESEARCH & PLANNING DIVISION
In June 2005, combined with Creative Services Division and Product Development Division to form Product Development, Creative Services and Research Division. Its minority business enterprise function, however, moved to a new division, Procurement and Minority Business Enterprise.

SALES DIVISION
In July 2011, joined with Creative Product Services and Communications Division to form Lottery Division.

SECURITY
Under Administration, Finance and Operations Division, renamed Lottery Security and transferred to Enforcement Division in July 2011.
