Executive Director, Maryland Republican Party, 1988-89 (legal counsel, 1987-88). Delegate, Republican Party National Convention, 1988, 1996. Board of Directors, Chesapeake Center for the Creative Arts. Board of Directors, Maryland Underage Drinking Prevention Coalition (MUDPC). Member, Maryland Coalition Against Crime (MCAC).
