Born in Takoma Park, Maryland, November 19, 1962. Attended Montgomery Blair High School, Silver Spring, Maryland (varsity wrestling team); Duke University, B.S. (computer science), 1984; University of Maryland, M.S. (systems management), 1994. Computer consultant. Member, Montgomery County Democratic Central Committee, 1994-98. Member, Friends of Olney Theatre; North East Montgomery Political Action Committee; Peach Orchard Heights Civic Association; Greencastle Woods Homeowners Association. Died March 16, 2016.
