It is with great enthusiasm that DMRF announces the next International Dystonia Symposium is to take place May 27 - 30, 1999, at the Empress Hotel and Victoria Conference Center in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
This is the first International Symposium sponsored by the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation since 1996, and with research moving at an accelerated rate, it promises to be the best yet! Additionally, this will be an ANDA event, cosponsored by the Foundation, the National Spasmodic Dysphonia Association and the National Spasmodic Torticollis Association.
You won't want to miss this event! Much, much more information is to follow in future issues of the Dystonia Dialogue. So mark your calendar and save the dates!
The Symposium will officially kick off on Thursday, May 27, 1999 with a Welcome Party. Educational session will be all day Friday and Saturday (May 28 - 29).
In addition, outside activities will be offered to enhance this weekend filled with fun, education, and fellowship.
