Pag* 462. and Chief Sngineer war* authorized to grant a franchise to Mr. F. C. Franchise granted to Mr. Hendriokeon, for laying water mains on the National Turnpike, near F. C. Hendriokson. Cumberland, as recommended by Chief Engineer Shirley on March 22nd, 1913. Upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Dr. Remsen, the Chairman Additional reinforcement was authorized to require from the County Commissioners of any county of Section 45, Chapter 217. Acts of 1910. in this State desiring to construct State Aid Roads, such additional reinforcement of Section 45, Chapter 217, Acts of 1910, respecting maintenance, as, in hie judgment, may be wise. Upon motion of Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Ramsay, the final Approval of recommendation estimate of Warren Brothers Company, Contractors on the Harford Road, of Chief Sngineer, relative to final estimate on Con- in Baltimore City, being our Contract #0255, was approved, and the tract #0255, barren Brothers Company, Con tractors."balance of $35,119.97, was ordered paid, i.a recommended by Chief Engineer Shirley, in his letter of April 7th, 1913.
