Moved by Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Miller, that the bid of Thomas C. Porsythe for the improvement of the 2 miles of road west of Hancock, Contract #0214, amounting to $25,761.20, be rejected. Moved by Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. Miller, that the award of the contract by the County Commissioners of Carroll County to Freoh & Alien, for the improvement of the Sam's Creek Road In Carroll County, Contract #260, at their bid of $14,941.88, be approved; Moved by Mr. Goslin, seconded by Mr. lliller, that the award of the Contract by the County Commissioners of Carroll County to Thonas, Poole and Hunter, for the improvement of the Middleburg r>oad in Carroll County, Contract #253, at their bid of $13,545.00, be approved.
