Pago 410. Petition regarding road between Blkton & Perryvilie. Question of maintenance of State Aid Bds.referred to Chairman* Balto. City's allotment of $5,OOO.OOO fund. Bills ordered paid. Motion to Adjourn. Adjournment. the County, and shall be oontiniied temporarily until it oan be seen if there are sufficient funds available for completing the road. The motion being seconded by Mr. Lloyd, was adopted. Mr. Graham of Charlestown, Cecil County, presented a petition signed by 249 residents of Cecil County, asking that the road between Blkton and Perryville be constructed along the course of the "Old Post Road" throxigh the village of Charlestown. Dr. Remsen moved that the natter of taking steps to oorapel the counties to properly maintain the State Aid Roads, be referred to the Chairman. The motion being seconded by Mr. Lloyd, was adopted. Uoved by Mr. Button, seconded by Dr. Reason, that it has always been, and now is, the interoretation of this Commission that one-fifth of the net proceeds of the sale of the Five Million Dollars of bonds authorized by Chapter 141 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Ilaryland of 1908, should be allotted to the City of Baltimore. The motion was carried. On motion of Mr. Lloyd, seconded by Dr. Remsen, all bills this day approved by the Auditing Committee, were ordered paid. Upon motion of llr.
