Mr. Shoemaker offered the following: "RBSOLV3D, that the Chief Engineer be. and he la hereby authorized to employ keepers for the Severn River Bridge, and that same be put under the authority of the Maintenance Division of the Engineering Department of the State Hoads Commission". The foregoing resolution was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted. Mr. Hutton moved that all matters regarding the relocation Relocation of Hockvllle-Gaithers-of the road between Hoolrville and Gaithersburg in Montgomery County, burg Rd. referred to Chairman. bo put In the hands of the Chairman, with power. The regular semi-monthly meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices in the Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Thursday, May 16th, 1912, at 10:30 A. M. Present: Chairman WeHer, Dr. Remsen, Messrs. Shoemaker, Hutton and Lloyd. The minutes of the meeting of the Commission held April 22nd, 1912, were read and approved. Messrs. Joseph B. Harrington and Thomas M. Cooper, of Talbot County, appeared before the Board regarding the bridge to be built across the Miles River. No action was taken. Mr. Shoenaker moved that the application of the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County of March 28, 1912, for continuing a portion of the County Road known as the Annapolis Road, for a distance of 1-1/2 miles, under the State Aid Act, be granted, with the understanding that the work shall be financed la$f
