Page 398. Chairman to pay amounts due under assignments. Approved Bills ordered paid. Motion to adjourn, Adjournment. on the books of the Commission be discontinued, and that bookkeepers now so occupied be set to transferring the accounts of the Commission from January 1, 1912, to this system under tho supervision of your Committee's accountants. Respectfully submitted, (Sgd): S. M. Shoemaker Chas. B. Lloyd Wm. Bullock Clark Committee on Report and Audit. " Dr. Remsen moved the adoption of the Committee's report. The vote was called for and Messrs. Remsen, Clark, Shoemaker and Lloyd voted in the affirmative. Chairman Tucker and Mr. Button voted in the negative. The motion was adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the Chairman be authorized to pay amounts due under assignments accepted and approved by Chairman Tucker on order of this Commission. The motion being seconded by Dr. Hemsen, was adopted. Dr. Clark moved that all bills this day approved by the Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted. Present: Bequest of Senator Hubner to sewer pipe laid in bed of Frederick Road. The Regular Semi-monthly Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at Its offices In the Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Monday, February 26th, 1912, at 11 A. M. Present: Chairman Tucker, Dr. Remsen, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Shoemaker, Hutton and Lloyd. Dr. Remsen moved that the request of Senator Hubner to place a sewer pipe in the bed of the Frederick Road between the Railway terminal and Presbyterian Church in the village of Catonsville, a distance of about 1-1/8 miles, be granted under such restrictions as the Chairman and Chief Engineer may deem proper. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted.
