Pag* 386. On motion of Mr. Button, seconded by Dr. Remeen, the final estimate of work done on Contraot #044 by the Juniata Paving Final Sstimate on Contraot #044. Company to January 50th, 1918, amounting to $281.37 was ordered Ceoll Co.-Juniata Paving Co. paid, the work accepted, and the bond on this contract released, as recommended by the Chief Engineer. Mr. Button moved that the Chairman'B action in accepting and approving assignment of estimate of Freoh & Alien on Contraot /0203B, dated February 2nd, 1912, amounting to $1279.69, and P. Flanigan & Sons on Contraot #0254, dated January 31st, 1912, amounting to $136,72, be approved. The motion was seconded by Dr. Romeen, and adopted. Assignment of estimates approved. Permit to trim trees on the Belair Road. Dr. Cooke's Sewer on Harford Hoad ordered plugged. Claim for premium on Contract #0250 - P. F. Reddlngton. Final estimate on Brooklyn- \ Glenburnle Rd.-B.F.Sweeten & Sons. Dr. Remsen moved that the permit requested by the C. & P. Telephone Company to trim trees on the Belair Road be granted in the form prepared and submitted by Counsel to the Board under date of February 12th, '12. The motion being seconded by lir. Lloyd, was adopted* On motion of Dr. Remeen, seconded by Dr. Clark, the Chief 3ngineer was instructed to have the sewer of Dr. Theodore Cooke on the Harford Road (Contraot #0251) plugged. Mr. P. F. Heddington addressed a communication to the Board under date of February 8th, '12, requesting that he be allowed the sum of $208.07 due by him to the United Surety Company as second annual premium on bond covering contract #0250 on the Falls Road, stating that had he not been delayed for various reasons by the Commission from completing his contract within a specified time, the second annual premium would not have accrued. On motion of Dr. Remeen, seconded by Mr. Button, payment of $208.07 to Mr. P. F. Reddington as second annual premium on his bond covering Contraot #0250, was authorized. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the final estimate on Contraot #0191, (Brooklyn-Glenbumie Road) in Anne Ar.undel County, B. F. Sweeten & Sons, contractors, be paid, the bond released, and work accepted* The motion being seconded by Dr. Remsen, was adopted. On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Button, the Bridge tender for Conowingo Bdg. question of a bridge tender on the Conowingo Bridge, was referred to the Maintenance Department. Payments on Contraot #02710 -to Geo.Jewell&Hobt.L.Werntz. Mr. Button moved that the request of George Jewell, contractor on Section 0271C of the Annapolis Boulevard, to have all future payments for work on this contract made payable to George
