Page 384 Drainage on Liberty Road between Main & Piedmont Aves, Warrant for $942,242.19. Payment for State Aid Contract £176 (Corrigansvllle Road). Assignment by Rlckey-Swann Co. on Contract $0152. Sxtension of time on Contract #0262 - Sharptown Bridge. Roghts-of-way for Balto.& Boulevard at Paint Branch. Petition regarding Predoriolc & Catoctin Turnpike. Sstlraatee approiwd for pay rat. upon receipt of these t:emi-final estimates, to pay same. Mr. Lloyd moved that the raattor of drainage on the Liberty Road between r&in and Piedmont Avenues, be referred to the propor city authorities. The motion was seconded by ?.:r. Shoemaker, and adopted. On notion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Lr. ..hoomakor, the Chairman wc.s authorized to draw ins warrant on the Comptroller of the Treasury for the amount of State Road Bond Sale (Series "3") $942,242.19. Dr. Clark moved that the Chairman be authorized to forward to the Comptroller certificate for the payment of the State's share of the contract price of the Corrigansville Road (State Aid Contract f*176) amounting to $1634.26 . The notion being seconded by llr. Lloyd, was adopted. On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Kr. Kutton, the Chairman was authorized to approve and accept assignment dated January 23rd, '12, by the Rickey-Swann Company of their next i.nd all future estimates on Contract #01f>2 in Charles County, to V/'illir.m P. Pickey, of Trenton, !I. J. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the request of the Poanoko Bridge Company for an extension of time on their contract for the Sharptov/n Bridge (#0^62) to May let, 1912, be granted. The notion was seconded by IJr. Lloyd, and adopted. Mr. Hutton moved that the Commission proceed to obtain the necessary rights-of-way for the relocation of the Baltimore & '.'mshington Boulevard at Paint Branch in Prince George's County, as soon as possible. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted. On motion of Dr. Clark, seconded by I.:r. Shoemaker, the Chairman was authorized to reply to a petition from certain stockholders of the Frederick and Catoctin Mountain Turnpike Company to open up as a State Road the present pike leading from Frederick to Spout Spring in Frederick Co\uity, stating that as this is not a part of the State System the Commission is not in position to take any action at this tine, but would suggest that application be made for same as a State Aid Road in accordance with Chapter 217, Section 34, of the Acts of 1910.
