On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Hut ton, the Chairman VK.S authorised to drav/ hit? v/arrt.nt on the Comptroller of the Treasury in the ^nount of Ton Thousand Dollars to be used for ouving Columbia Avenue, as provided for in Section 105, Chanter 409 of the Acts of 1910. !.lr.
