Millan for Iocs on hire of teams-Contr.#022. Final estimate on Contr.#022 ordered paid. Oiling of section of road on Contract f0162. The Regular Semi-monthly Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Hd., this Thursday, July 20th, 1911, at 10:30 o'clock A. M. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Messrs. Shoemaker, Button and Lloyd. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were not read. Mr. George Solter, Attorney, appeared before the Board on behalf of Mr. Thomas Mullan relative to bill filed with the State Roads Commission by Mr* Mullan for loss on hire of teams on days which he did not work on his Contract #022. On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr* Hutton, the adjustment of this matter was referred to the Ohainan, with power. Mr* Shoemaker moved that the final estimate of Thomas Mullan, amounting to $9,289,75, for work done on the Mechanics -vilie-Leonardtown Road (Contract #022), be paid, without prejudice. The motion was seconded by Mr. Button, and adopted. The Chairman read a communication from Hoblitsell & Pripe, under date of July 19th, 1911, relative to oiling a six-mile section of their road (Contract #0162), whereupon, on motion of Mr* Hutton, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the question was referred to the Chairman and Ohlef Engineer, with power* « A communication from Mr. M.
