Cost of construction of road in Anne Arundel County between Light St. Bridge & Patapsoo ^v Ho moneys to "be paid counties except within their allotments. l,.otion to adjourn, .adjournment. The Chairman read a letter from I.ir. A. Howard 3arp, ^resident of the County Commissioners of Howard County, stating that arrangements hud been made for the transfer of the Clarksville Turnpike to the State Roads Commission. Governor Crothers suggested that Counsel to the Commission be requested to pass on any legal questions involved in the transfer, and that formal action be taken at the nerct meeting of the Board. The County Commissioners of ^nne Arundel County submitted a Resolution to the Board, v/hereby they agreed to pay one-third of the net cost of the construction of State Road between Light Street Bridge and Patapsco Avenue in said County. Governor Crothers moved that this section of road be constructed as coon as satisfactory arrangements for the completion of sar.e can "bo made. The motion was seconded by Dr. -esnsen, and adopted. On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by IT. Rem-sen, it was agreed that no moneys be paid the respective counties except amounts expressly within their allotments. The regular semi-monthly meeting of the State Roads Commission which was postponed from iiaroh 16th, 1911, was held this Saturday, March 13th, 1911, at ten o'clock A. I.i. at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, liaryland. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Dr. Remsen, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were not read.
