On notion, duly seconded and adopted, it was agraed that the for ago ing reports "be accepted, and placed on file. On motion of ^r. ^emsen, seconded by r>r. '•'lark, the Chairman was requested to notify the United railways ^ Electric Company that a report on the questions at issue on the "Palls Road having been r3ceived from TTr. velson P. Lewis, the foard now requests the railways Company to adjust its tracks as promptly as possible to the plans of tha °tat3 Roads "ommission, and in accordance with the agreement proposed by the "Railways Company on November 17th, 1'JlO, and the report of the expert. Dr. Clark moved that the bookkeeper to the r-ommission be instructed to prepare a financial statement as of -necember 31st, 1910, and at the end of each month thereafter, setting forth the amount of mon^y expended on each piece of work in each "ounty, together v/ith the anount allotad to each county, and the balance still due each county as of -necamber 31st, 1910, and the total amounts assigned to thj ren^ral accounts. On motion, duly seconded and adopted, it v/as ordered that all bills, this day approved by the auditing Committee, be paid.
