Invproveir.ent of Liberty Houd from Reisterstown Turnpike to Poreet Park referred to 3ity Authorities, Chairman authorized to certify to all monthly estimates on State Aid v/ork. by Dr. Clark, and adopted. The Chairman stated that "r. John S. fjittings had furnished the Commission with a plat of the Liberty Poad, requesting that it "be improved by the State Roads Commission from the Reisterstown Turnpike to "Forest Park. Dr. partisan moved that this matter be referred to the City Authorities for such recommendations as they care to make in connection with the contemplated improvement of the Frederick Road and the entrance from Park weights Avenue, and also the limited amount available for City use, and that ?rr. Gittings be notified as to this method of procedure. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. On notion of I.Tr. Shoemaker, seconded by T)r. Remsen, the Chairman of the Comnission was authorized to certify to all monthly estimates of the engineer on State Aid Work, to the County and Comptroller. The motion was carried. A communication from "r. JOB. -o^ trarrington, Clerk to the County Commissioners of Talbot County, under date of TTovemfoar 30th, was read to the "Roard, regarding the improvement of the Dover Bridge Road. The Chief "Engineer recommended that the commission authorize the putting of this road into good passable condition under ths supervision of the state Roads Commission, the county Commissioners to pay the expense, and ultimately that this expense be charred into the total cost of the job and shared by the State. Dr. clark moved that the Chief "Engineer's recommendations be adopted, and the County Commissionera of Talbot county so notified. The motion was seconded by -"~c. Shoemaker, and adopted. Dr. Remsan moved that the Chief Engineer be authorized Lurvey of ^oonsborough Pike to make such survey, or cause such survey to "be made, as may be authorized to determine mileage necessary to determine the mileage of the -Roonsborough Turnpike, of same, an(j that at the time of making such survey he request a representative of the "Boonsborough Turnpike company to be present. The motion was seconded by T>r. Clark, and adopted. The Chairman read a communication from *T. Robt. H. •ucCauley, Attorney for the Hagerstovm & Clearspring Railways Company relative to the construction of its line over the National Pike from the Conococheague creek to clear Spring,and requesting the consent and approval of the state Roads commission to the proposed improvement. Dr. Clark moved that vr. ?fcCauley«s attention be called to the rules of the Commission as to a formal application accompanied by a copy of the blue-prints of the proposed work, and that Lover Bridge ao-d to be put in passable condition under supervision of Ltate iioade Commission.
