Bo-M Page 210. Harford, Liberty and Belair Roads ordered re-advertised. Y/arrant on Gomntroller of Treasury for $24,000.00. Oiling of Washington and Baltimore Boulevard. Chairman authorized to sign all checks in payment of accounts approved by Auditing Committee. Repairs to Salisbury-Alien Road. Construction of Salisbury-Mardella Rd. referred to Chairman and Chief Engineer, also to the final consummation of an agreement between the County Commieeioners of Baltimore County and the state Roads Commission. The motion was seconded by Mr. Button and adopted. On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Mr. Hutton, the following roads were ordered re-advertised: The Harford Road between North Avenue and Atlantic Avenue, in one section, a distance of 1.62 miles, and between Atlantic Avenue and the "Baltimore County Line, in one section, a distance of about 0.76 miles. Liberty Road between Twelfth Street and Baltimore County Line, a distance of about 1.56 miles. Liberty Road between City Limits and Buck's Lane, a distance of about 0.99 miles. Belair Road between City Limits and Overlea, a distance of about 3.41 miles. Governor crothers moved that the Chairman of the Commission be authorized to draw his warrant on the comptroller of the Treasury for the $24,000. fund appropriated for the construction of the Baltimore & Washington Boulevard under Chapter 304 of the Acts of 1906. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. Mr. shoemaker moved that the Chairman and Chief Engineer be requested to proceed at once with the oiling of such portion of the Washington and Baltimore Boulevard as has been completed. The governor seconded the motion, which was adopted. Governor Crothers moved that the motion heretofore adopted by the Commission as to the signing of all checks for the payment of money, except as to salaries and current expenses, by three members of the Commission, be rescinded, and in lieu thereof the Chairman be authorized to sign all checks in payment of accounts approved by the Auditing Committee. The motion was seconded by -Mr. Hutton, and adopted. On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Button, the matter of repairing the road from Salisbury towards Alien, was referred to the Chairman and Chief Engineer, with power. The motion was adopted. The matter of the construction of a shell-macadam road in Wicomico County, from Salisbury towards Vardella Springs, a distance of about 4 nllee, "toy the county COBğiĞ*
