C-oslin, of Caroline ^ounty, regard!np; the financial standinp; of the Holt Construction company, v«'as read, and it was ordered that the contract v;ith the TTolt Construction Company be approved. The County Commissioners of 1Tontgomery County, by letter, t'id the Commission to constitute themselves the agents of the State Roads Commission in the building of the Stnte Highway from Construction of roads in Rockville to C-aithersburg, and C-aithersburg to Tiarnestown, and from Montgomery County by County Rockville to TTorbeck, a distance of about 12 or 13 miles.
