Completion of Abstract of Title of Baltimore & Liberty Turnpike Company.

Counsel reported that he had completed the abstract of title of the Baltimore & Liberty Turnpike Company, and surrested as there mi,;rht he matters affectir.fr the engineering side of the proposition, the matter be referred to the engineer to look into and to sec whether the conditions in any grants conveyed "by the Company v/ould interfere in any way with the proper construction of the road. Dr. Reasen moved that the matter he referred to counsel and engineer for investigation and report. The motion v/as seconded by Dr. Clark and adopted.
I'.r. Shoemaker, 'of the Auditing Comittee appointed by the Commission, offered the following:
"January 24th, 1910. To the STATE ROADS COKi:iSSIO!T:
Under Resolution cf June 1st, 1909, the undersigned were nursed ae a Committee to audit the biTls and books of account of the Commission.
The Committee now "oegs to report that it has examined the Cash look and compared the Vouchers with the entries found thereon, and v.'ith the exception of one check and voucher for O'i.OG, found all correct.
