152. Survey granted in Talbot Co, Survey of t.vo miles of road from Chestertowr. towards Fairlee in Kent County. Straightening of Salishury- liardella Road in '.Yicomico County. Purchase of Roller for use of Road "Directors of Alle-gany County. li.r . "p%. V. Alessandroni notified to procure copy of LicCormick Contract from bankruptcy trustee. Presentation of Engineer's "^stimates authorized to be paid. The motion was seconded by h'r. Shoemuher, ar.d adopted. A letter from the County Commissioners of Talbot <"ounty was read, and T. Remsen ncved that the request of the Commissioners for Talbct County that the survey asked for be granted. The mcticn was seconded by b'r. Shoemaker, and adopted. The Chairman reported that I.fr. H. p. willis representing certain interests at Rock Hall in Kent County, had asked the Corn-mission to build t.vo nilee of read from Chestertov/n towards ^airlee. Dr. P.emsen moved that the ^r.^ineer be inctrv.cted to survey the road run:. ing '.vest from Chssturto-.vn tcv;ards ?airlee, a distance of about t'.vo miles, c>nd report to the Commission. The metier, was seconded by J.'r. Shoemaker and adopted. The Chairman read a letter from the County Commissioners of V/iccmico Count: under date yf January 10th, li.'lO, regarding the etraiglitening of the Salisbury-' ardella Ruad. The motion '.vas seconded by T.'r. Shoemaker and ado ted. Counsel su.^.-ested that 1'r. v. v, Alescandroni , Philadelphia, Pa., he notified that inasmuch as "cCcrmicl; ': Company are in bankruptcy, he had bettor proc-re a copy of a contract auk'.-d for by him from the bankruptcy trustee. Trie Chairman presented certain bills amount inr to ^ approved by the Auditing Co-^mi i.tee, and on motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Dr. Cl^rk, the bills v/ere ordered paid. The Engineer presented the follov/inp; estimates: Juniata Paving Corapany, $1036.80, ."Rennett ??. Son, $39fi.OO, and TT. C. Hunter, tl-6.60, for work done up to the 15th of the month. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the amounts be paid according to the '.•n^ineor' s estimates. The motion was seconded by Dr. Remsen and adopted.
