Page 126. Motion to Adjourn, Adjournment. On motion, duly seconded, the Commission adjourned. ADJOURNED: Attest: Chaiman. Baltimore, Md., October llth, 1909. Sixty-third Meeting. Reading and Approval of 1,'inutee. Present. Approyal of all members of Conrciseion to Motion to Construction three miles of road in Somerset County. Claim of ^. Hunter Sykes. A meeting of the state Roads Commission was held this Monday, October llth, 1909, at its offices, Union Trust building, Baltimore, Kd., at 10 o'clock A. M. The mooting was called to order by the Chairman. / ' The minutes of the two previous meetings of the Commission were read, corrected and approved. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, ITessrs. Remsen, Hutton, Clark and Shoemaker. Governor Crothers moved that Whereas at a meeting of the Commission held October 1st, 1909, fo^r members of the oormisaion directed the County Commissioners of somerset County to proceed with the construction of three miles of road in said County, subject to the concurrence of the other two members of this Commission, that the action of the four members of the Commission (viz: Governor Crothera, Chairman Tucker, Drs. Clark and P.emsen) as set forth in the minutes of the meeting of October 1st, 1909, be and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed by the full membership of the Commission^ The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. In the matter of the allowance for sickness of "hief-of-Party G. Hunter Sykes, it was ordered that he be paid the undisputed part of his claim and that he be allowed two weeks sick leave, balance to be looked into later.
