Presen tcxtion of Bi Bills. Kotion to Adjourn, Adjournment. Governor Crothers, and adopted. Governor Crothers moved that the bid of J. TT. SP«ncer, (J. W. Silver & Co.) for work in Harford County be accepted. Seconded by Mr. Shoemaker and adopted. Governor crothers moved to reject the bid of Charles P. Walter for work in Allegany County and re-advertise the same. Seconded by "r. Shoemaker and adopted. Governor Crothers moved that in Queen Anne»s County the road be reduced to a twelve foot road and that if the Ferguson Contracting Company will reduce the price of excavation that they be awarded the contract. Seconded by Mr. Shoemaker and adopted. Governor Crothers moved that the bid of the Rickey-Swann Company be accepted, provided they vail reduce their bid on gravel not to exceed 45 cents. Seconded by T'r. Shoemaker. A vote being taken, three members voted in the affirmative and "r. Kutton in the negative. The chair declared the motion adopted. Mr. Hutton moved that the bids in Somerset County be rejected, rotion seconded "by Governor crothers and adopted. The Chairman presented a number of bills, which had been audited und approved by the Auditing committee, on motion of yr. Hutton, seconded by Governor Crothers, the bills were authorized to be paid.
