Witness: Dr. Margaret Mary Nicholson
Direct Examination by the Prosecution
Nicholson's office records showed that she had seen Hiss's stepson, Timmy, at home on January 2, 3, and 6 of 1937. The prosecution believed this cast doubt that Mrs. Hiss had been in Chappaqua on New Year's Eve 1936. Her records also showed that she had seen Timmy on August 15, 1937.
