The prosecutor focused on two cables that did not go to the Trade Agreements Division, where Wadleigh worked.
Q. Have you ever seen these cables before?
A* I have no real way of knowing, but based on the
subject matter, I don't think they came to us.
Q« If I told you that the Records Branch said that
there was no check-off for you, would you presume
you did not see it?
A. Yes.
