(386) March Court Anno Domini 1747 Robert Francklin his Certain Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns the Just sum of Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Eight pounds of good Sound Merchantable leaf Tobacco in Eight Cask to Contain the same and a Sistin Roling or duly Assist me in Collecting the same and likewise Assist me in Roling at or upon the Twentieth day of February Next Ensuing the date hereof then the above Obligation to be Void and of none Effect Else to Remain in full force and Virtue Sealed & Delivered In Presence of us Robert Minon (SS) John Francklin his Robert X Sinnot mark Charles County ss.t on the 11.th Nov.r 1747 Robert Franklin made Oath that he nor any Person for Never Received any part or Parcel of the within Bond nor as Security or Satisfaction for the same to the best of his Knowledge Sworn before SHarrison 1747 Robert Minan D.r Ditto D.r
