Be it Remembered that Robert Franklin Pursuant to the Directions
of the Act of Assembly in those Cases late made and Provided lodged with the
Clerk of the Court here the following Bond Account and Warrant for Attachment Viz.^t

Know all men by these Presents that I Robert Minan of Charles County
Blacksmith am held and firmly bound unto Robert Francklin Planter in
the full and Just sum of fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Six
Pounds of Tobacco to be paid unto the said Robert Franklin his Certain Attorney
Executors Administrators or Assigns to the which Payment well and truly to me
made and done I Bind my self my Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly
by these Presents sealed with my seale and dated this fifth day of December
Anno Domini One Thousand Seven Hundred and forty six

The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bound
Robert Minan do and shall well and truly Pay or Cause to be paid unto the s^d
