(236) November Court Anno Domini 1747 Tobacco and no more Whereupon the said Bowling speak by Jeremiah Chase his Attorney afs.d prays Condemnation of the Several Sums of Tob.o afs.d so as afs.d in the hands of the several Garnashees afs.d and by them Confessed with Execution thereof to him to be adjudged Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Bowling have Condemnation of the Several Sums of Tobacco afs.d in the hands of the several Garnashees afs.d by the Court here adjudged according to the form force and Effect of the Act of Assembly in such Cases late made and Provided and that the said Bowling have thereof Execution if &C.a Memorandum William Middleton Secy on Cond
Be it Remembered that William Middleton Pursuant to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in those Cases late made and Provided lodge with the Clerk of the Court here following account and Warrant for Attachment Vizt
Charles County ss.t On the 12.th day of September 1747 M.r William Middleton he above Subscriber made oath be for me one of his Lordships Justices of the (Peace) |
