Tobacco and no more
                                           Whereupon the said Bowling speak by Jeremiah
Chase his Attorney afs.d  prays Condemnation of the Several Sums of Tob.o afs.d
so as afs.d in the hands of the several Garnashees afs.d and by them Confessed with
Execution thereof to him to be adjudged

                                                                                      Therefore it is Considered
by the Court here that the said Bowling have Condemnation of the Several Sums of
Tobacco afs.d in the hands of the several Garnashees afs.d by the Court here adjudged
according to the form force and Effect of the Act of Assembly in such Cases late made
and Provided and that the said Bowling have thereof Execution if &C.a
