the wedow and relict of William White of the said County deceased and that the heir at Law of the said William is Interested
in a Certain tract of Land Called the Entrance Scituated upon pocomoke River in the County af.d the Bounders of which
are in decay and some of the Evidences able to prove the same are very far Advanced in years your petitioners therefore
humbly pray that Commissioners may be appointed to Examine Evidences and take depositions in relation to the bounds of
the said Land and any other bounds relating to the said Infants part of the said tract that the same may be perpetuated
according to the directions of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

                   The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had  It is
Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the af.d John Williams and Esther his wife as by the petition af.d is
praid and that Robert King John Henry Thomas Williams & John Dennis Jun.r all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
and Execute the same Commission agreeable to Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &c

     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the petition of Wheatly Dennis
most humbly sheweth that whereas your petitioner is possest of a tract of Land Calld phenix Choice the
bounders whereof are some what precarious and the Evidence to prove the same Antient and Infirm these are therefore humbly
to pray your worships will be pleased to Appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in Order to perpetuate the Boundarys
of the same Land and he as in duty bound shall pray

                                     The petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had  It is
Considered by the Court here that a Commission Inssue to the af.d Wheatly Dennis as by the petition af.d is praid and that
John Miller Joseph Miller John Smith and George Howard all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the
same Commission agreable to Act of Assembly in such Case made and provided &c


Mary Dashiel
Chose Guardian
Mary Dashiell (daughter of Christopher Dashiell Late of Somerset County planter
deceased) an Orphan above the age of fourteen Came here into Court in her proper person and prays
that she may be permitted to Chose a Certain Levin Nicholson of Somerset County planter as her Guardian
which is by the Court hereunto her granted &c

                   Thereupon the said Mary Dashiell makes Choise of the said Levin Nicholson as her guardian Accordingly

                            Whereupon it is Ordered that a Certain Thomas Winder of Somerset County planter deliver up unto
the said Guardian all the Estate of the aforesaid Mary Dashiell that he hath in his hands ^and possession^ both Real and personal
and that the said Guardian receive the same and give good security for to Comply with the Guardian ship afd

             Thereupon the said Levin Nicholson with Robert Jones of Somerset County Gent his Security both present here
in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Mary Dashiell in one hundred pounds
Current money of Maryland of their Severall bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to be made and Levied to the
use of the said Mary Dashiell her heirs or assigns   If it happen that the said Levin Nicholson the af.d Guardian do
not Comply ^with^ the Law in relation to such Guardianships af.d and do not deliver up unto the af.d Orphan all her Estate reall
and personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceable and quietly when ever the same shall be Legally
required &c
