Ann Arundel County sct  I Nicholas Harwood Clerk of
Ann Arundel County Do hereby Certify that by the Oath
of Margaret Hutton taken before Gideon White one of
the Justices of the peace of Ann Arundel County that
Nancy Hawkins about the age of Twenty seven
years five feet seven Inches high her Complexion
black was born free and that the said Nancy
Hawkins was born & bred in anne arundel County
         Issued the 30 april 1807


Ann Arundel County sct  I Nicholas Harwood Clerk of
Ann Arundel County Do hereby Certify that by the
Oath of Margaret Hutton taken before Gideon
White one of the Justices of the peace of Ann
Arundel County that Susanna Hawkins about
the age of twenty five years five feet five
Inches high her Complexion yellow was born
free & that the said Susanna Hawkins was
born and bred in the City of Annapolis
          Issued the 30.th april 1807


Ann Arundel County sct  I Nicholas Harwood Clerk
of Ann Arundel County Court Do hereby Certify that by
the Oath of Thomas Tongue taken before Thomas Sellman
one of the Justices of the peace of Ann Arundel County
that Edward Booth about the age of forty years five
feet six Inches high his complexion of a nutmeg Colour
is the Identical person who petitioned for his freedom in
the General Court against David Weems and who
as it appears obtained his freedom by the decision of
the Court of Appeals in the case on the appeal of
Richard Booth his Brother who is the Brother of the
said Edward Booth against the said David Weems;
The said Edward Booth was born on Herring Bay in
Anne Arundel County
                   Issued the 2nd day of may 1807
