Arundel County has no perceptible scars
                                           Issued the 11th day of October 1841
          Test                           Saml Brown Jnr Regr Wills A A County


            I Samuel Brown Jnr Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament
of Thomas Cross late of the county aforesaid deceased that he did by his said
Will Manumit Liberate and Set free a negro Boy by the name of Samuel
Chase and it being proved to my satisfaction that the bearer hereof is the
Identical person as freed by said Will  I do certify that he is four feet Two
Inches is about the age of nine years light complexion, and was freed by
the last will and Testament of the Said Thomas Cross dated the fifteenth
day of November Eighteen hundred and Thirty one was raised in Anne
Arundel County has no perceptible Scars
                                                    Issued the 11.th day of October 1841

hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last Will and
Testament of Thomas Cross late of the aforesaid County deceased that
he did by his said Will Manumit Liberate and Set Free a negro Boy
by the name of Charles Green and it being proved to my satisfaction
that the Bearer hereof is the Identical person as freed by said Will
I do certify that he is in height five feet five Inches is about the
age of fifteen years light complexion and was freed by the last Will and
Testament of the Said Thomas Cross dated the fifteenth day of November
Eighteen hundred and Thirty one was raised in Anne Arundel County
has no perceptible scars
                                            Issued the 11.th day of October September 1841
                Test                    Sam.l Brown Jnr Regr Wills A A County


            I Samuel Brown Jnr Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and attest that it appears from the last Will and Testament
of Zachariah Gray late of the county aforesaid deceased that he did by
his said Will Manumit Liberate and set free a negro Boy by the name of
Benjamin Copper and it being proved to my satisfaction that the Bearer
hereof is the Identical person as freed by said Will  I do certify that he
is in height five feet seven Inches is about the age of forty years
dark complexion, and was freed by the last Will and Testament of
the said Zachariah Gray dated the Sixth day of December Seventeen
hundred and ninety two was Raised in Anne Arundel County has
a small scar above the left Eye
                                       Issued the 26.h day Oct 1841
