and Twenty Eight was raised in Anne Arundel County and has
three scars on her left arm
                                            Issued the 4th day of September 1837

            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby Certify and Attest that it appears from the last will and Testament
of Ruth Davis late of the County aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her
said will Manumit liberate and set free, a negro Girl by the name of
Rachel Pully and it being proved to my satisfaction that the barrer
hereof is the identical person as freed by said will.   I do Certify that
she is in height five feet six inches, is about the age of Twelve years
light complexion, and was freed by the last will and Testament of
the said Ruth Davis dated the Eighteenth day of March Eighteen
hundred and twenty Eight and was raised in Anne Arundel County
and has no perceptible Marks
                                            Issued the 4th day of September 1837

County do Certify and Attest that it appears from the last will
and Testament of Ruth Davis late of the County aforesaid deceased
 that she did by her said will, Manumit, liberate and set free, a
negro Girl by the name of Harriet Hemsley and it being proved to my
satisfaction that the barrer hereof is the identical person as freed by
said Will,  I do certify that she is in height five feet is about
the age of sixteen years mulatto complexion and was freed by the
last will and Testament of the said Ruth Davis dated the
Eighteenth day of March eighteen hundred and Twenty Eight
was raised in Anne Arundel County and has a scar on her
right and left arms
                                    Issued the 4th day of September 1837
                                          Sam.l Brown Jun.r Reg Wills A A County



            I Samuel Brown Jun.r Register of Wills for Anne Arundel County
do hereby certify and Attest that it appears from the last will and Testament
of Ruth Davis late of the county aforesaid, deceased, that she did by her
said will, manumit, liberate and set free, a negro girl by the name
of Eliza Lucas and it being proved to my satisfaction that the barrer
hereof is the identical person as freed by said will, I do certify that
she is in height four feet Eleven inches, is about the age of Twenty
one years dark complexion and was freed by the last will and
testament of the said Ruth Davis dated the Eighteenth day of March
Eighteen hundred and Twenty Eight and was raised in Anne Arundel
