Trimble the parties to the foregoing indenture they being known to me of my own knowledge and acknowledged the same to be their act & deed for the purposes therein mentioned Jno G Worthington J. P. of the Justices of the peace in and for the said County this 17.th day of June 1857 a stray bull of a light brindle couller marked with large stripes of white about the body and white face with horns suppose to be about 4 years old Given under my hand Ignatius Waters J Peace To W.m H.
