of the departments under this subsection on July 1, 1985 but who is not licensed by the
Board shall function under the direct supervision of a licensed psychologist who takes full
responsibility for the psychological services provided by the individual.
DRAFTER'S NOTE:
Subsection (e) of this section is amended to reflect that it applies to
employees of the Department of State Police. Before enactment of Chs. 165
and 166, Acts, of 1994, employees of the State Police were included in the
reference to employees of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services since the State Police were part of that department. Chapters 165 and
166, Acts of 1994, however, made the State Police a separate department so a
separate reference to the Department of State Police must be added for
subsection (e) to continue to apply to employees of the Department of State
Police.

(b) . In its annual submission of the budget, the Department of Budget and Fiscal
Planning shall provide, for informational purposes, a budget presentation that includes a
description of the proposed expenditures under the Maryland Emergency Medical System
Operations Fund for the:
(4) Aviation Division of the Special Operations Bureau, DEPARTMENT OF
[Maryland] State Police; and

Department of State Police as a principal department of State government by
Chs. 165 and 166, Acts of 1994 and to delete surplus language.

(c) The Force consists of the members of the DEPARTMENT OF [Maryland]
State Police who are assigned for duty with the General Assembly.
