PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 90 Article - State Government 2-901. [(a)]In this subtitle, [the following words have the meanings indicated. (b) "Commission" means the Advisory Commission on Federal-Local Relations. (c)] "Committee" means the Joint Committee on Federal Relations. 2-902. There is a Joint Committee on Federal Relations, which is a joint committee of the 2-903. (a) The Committee consists of 16 members. (b) Of the 16 Committee members: (1) 8 shall be senators, appointed by the President; and (2) 8 shall be delegates, appointed by the Speaker.
