(II) PAYMENT OF THE CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY
THE SOLICITOR TO CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR BENEFICIARIES CONSISTENT WITH
THE PURPOSES REPRESENTED OR BENEFICIARIES NAMED IN THE CHARITABLE
SOLICITATIONS WHICH GENERATED THE CONTRIBUTIONS.

A PERSON MAY NOT MAKE A TRANSMISSION TO A FACSIMILE DEVICE FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CHARITABLE SOLICITATION, UNLESS THE INTENDED RECIPIENT HAS
AGREED TO RECEIVE THE TRANSMISSION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.
